About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Servicing & Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have handson experience managing client relationships organizing and executing events and working with vendors. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring timely communication and seamless service.
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and delivering on expectations.
- Plan organize and execute events ensuring they meet client objectives and company standards.
- Oversee all aspects of event logistics from ideation to onground .
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Liaise with vendors for eventrelated services ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain a network of reliable vendors for various operational needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively to convey ideas and solutions.
- Assist in budgeting resource allocation and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Requirements:
- 1 year to 4 years of relevant experience in client servicing event management and operations.
- Proven track record of organizing and executing events endtoend.
- Existing network of vendors is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in preparing impactful presentations.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
