Remote Fulltime German Speaker Preferred Strategic Builder Role

Now were looking for a Senior Client Success Manager (Team Lead) to help us scale our CS function from the ground upsomeone whos ready to take full ownership build processes and eventually grow a team.

This role is for a builder. Not just a relationship managerbut someone who can optimize delivery own outcomes and act as a strategic operator between clients and internal teams.

What Youll Do

Own Client Success EndtoEnd:
Onboard new clients and lead strategic kickoff workshops (ICP messaging GTM planning)
Run monthly strategy calls and reviewssynthesize campaign performance and offer clear honest recommendations
Build longterm trust through proactive communication strategic guidance and tangible results

Act as a Strategic Partner:
Work crossfunctionally with SDRs Growth Consultants Copywriters and Founders
Connect the dots between client strategy and campaign
Be candid with clientschallenge assumptions ask tough questions and bring clarity

Build and Scale the CS Function:
Create playbooks workflows and SOPs that make onboarding reporting and retention seamless
Implement scalable systems using automation tools and integrations
Lay the foundation to eventually hire coach and lead a growing CSM team

Drive Internal Ops and Retention:
Gather feedback suggest improvements and ensure our delivery stays highperforming as we scale
Own client retention metrics and drive upsells in collaboration with the sales team
Conduct experience checkins and request testimonials case studies or referrals where appropriate

Who You Are

Youre not here to manage accounts. Youre here to build.
Youve worked in clientfacing roles (Client Success Account Manager Strategy Consultant)
Youre familiar with B2B lead generation outbound campaigns and customerfacing ops
You can speak with confidence to founders CMOs GTM leads and help guide their strategy
Youre processmindedyou think in playbooks SOPs and scalable systems
You dont wait to be told whats brokenyou identify it fix it and document the solution
Youre not afraid to push back when its in the best interest of the client or team
Youre fluent in English (German a strong bonus)
