Due to our continued growth we are recruiting for a customerfocused highly motivated Client Services Administrator to provide support to our team and clients.

As Client Services Administrator you will support both the Customer Success and Sales Admin team in daytoday operations. Operating in a dynamic fastpaced environment this position involves engaging with business stakeholders at senior levels and collaborating with the Customer Success team within Get Support.

Responsibilities include supporting the Customer Success team with daytoday administrative tasks such as facilitating software and license renewals answering invoice queries some client reports and any other administrative tasks to support the Customer Success team.

Additionally the Administrator will take the lead in ensuring timely provision of quotes and addressing other commercial enquiries.

Responsibilities Include:

  • To provide prompt response to clients ensuring accurate and consistent communication of all details in plain English.
  • Answer invoice queries
  • Support Customer Success Managers with client reviews
  • Facilitate software and license renewals
  • Manage quotations
  • Support Customer Success team with administrative tasks

Key Skills Requirements and Experience:

Entrylevel role.

Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required. Previous experience liaising for quotations is a plus.

Adaptability and willingness to learn. Strong client service and communication skills. Willingness to independently work within a framework. Will consider graduates.

Working Hours: Monday Friday 9am to 6pm

Salary: 25k 28k dependant on experience
