Overview
The MD DNB Medicine Consultant plays a critical role in the healthcare system by delivering highquality medical care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluate medical history.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests including blood tests and imaging studies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide consultations for complex cases referred by other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment options.
- Collaborate with nursing and allied health staff to provide holistic care.
- Participate in departmental meetings case reviews and treatment discussions.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records and documentation.
- Engage in research activities to contribute to the body of medical knowledge.
- Teach and supervise medical students and residents as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent).
- Board certification in Internal Medicine.
- Completion of DNB (Diplomate of National Board) in Medicine.
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in internal medicine.
- Strong understanding of medical ethics and patient rights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
