As part of our Vehicle Exchange Department youll play a key role in enhancing the customer experience while helping our clients discover exciting upgrade opportunities. This is more than a sales job its a chance to be a trusted advisor and help people get into a newer safer and betterequipped vehicle.
What Youll Do:
Engage with every service customer in our dealership with confidence and professionalism
Initiate personalized conversations about upgrading their current vehicle
Educate clients on current offers incentives and vehicle options that meet their needs
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey
Maintain detailed followups and build strong relationships that lead to longterm satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
A confident communicator with an outgoing personality and genuine interest in helping people
A selfstarter who isnt afraid to start conversations and ask the right questions
Organized professional and reliable with a high sense of integrity
Previous customerfacing experience is a plus sales or service experience preferred
