Fulltime Plant Operator Position available

We provide our clients with quality Commercial landscaping solutions. From Civil Landscape Construction Landscape Maintenance and Building services to Irrigation Environmental Services and Sports Turf construction & regeneration we deliver a complete solution.
Landscape Solutions is currently recruiting Plant Operators to join our awardwinning construction division. We work in partnership with Top Tier builders developers and councils. Due to our continued growth year upon year Solutions are constantly on the lookout to secure the highest quality candidates within the industry.

Experience & skillset required..
- Operate and maintain plant (excavators skidsteer) efficiently and safely adhering to all relevant safety guidelines and procedures.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Excavate and grade earth to prepare sites for construction.
- Load and unload materials as required.
- Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow project plans and specifications accurately.
- Experience achieving bulk level in a cut to fill process is critical aligned with in ground services and detailed trim.
Desired qualifications..
- Valid plant Operator license LE & LS.
- Proven experience operating excavators in a construction environment.
- Proficient in using various excavator attachments and tools.
- MUST HAVE FULL AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS
- Knowledge of excavation techniques site preparation and earthmoving operations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor as required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
