The Role

We are looking for a motivated Property / Conveyancing Lawyer to join our Brisbane office. You will work directly with two partners of the Firm.

You will lead all conveyancing and property matters in Queensland and will be supervising and supported by solicitors and experienced paralegals.

There are roles ranging from Solicitor to Senior Associate depending on your level of experience.

Experience (or a desire to upskill) in the following areas is preferred but not essential:

  1. Wills and estates
  2. Estate administration
  3. Family law
  4. Interstate conveyancing

Key Responsibilities

  • Endto end management of a variety of QLD conveyancing and property transactions from start to finish (including residential and commercial purchases/sales leasing business purchases/sales developments and subdivisions general PEXA registrations).
  • Supervise mentor and guide your junior colleagues that assist you.
  • Provide strategic highquality advice to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients agents and other stakeholders and facilitate growth in the areas we service.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years PQE in QLD conveyancing and property law with applications for solicitor through to senior associate level considered.
  • Ambitious teamoriented and collaborative. Every one of our team members value the energy we each bring to our workplace and have a strong desire to help us all succeed.
  • Confidence in handling files autonomously and supervising support staff.
  • Strong communication attention to detail and client management skills.
  • Experience in family law wills and estates or estate administration is desirable but not essential
  • Current QLD practising certificate
