Corporate Senior Associate

About the role:
- You will work on a variety of corporate and commercial law matters including mergers and acquisitions (public and private) corporate advisory capital raisings (both on and off market) IPOs venture capital/private equity MBOs/ MBIs shareholders agreements and joint ventures inbound investment restructuring Employee Share Plans and corporate governance.
- You will advise private and public companies in a wide range of industry sectors including financial services food distribution IT services digital advertising freight retail technology and education.
- You will take ownership of your matters and clients whilst working closely with two partners with the benefit of meaningful client contact and mentoring junior lawyers.
The ideal candidate:
- 510 years PQE (Senior Associate) in Corporate/M&A with proven transaction experience.
- Skilled negotiator with exceptional drafting and advisory expertise.
- Collaborative team player who mentors and supports junior lawyers.
- Commercially astute client-focussed and eager to develop professionally.
