Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and make a significant impact on HR services As the Advice & Guidance Senior Manager youll report to the EMEA Advice & Guidance Director and spearhead a team across multiple markets. Your mission Deliver exceptional support to Line Managers and Employees becoming the goto expert for HRrelated queries. Youll manage daytoday operations implement policies and ensure compliance all while leading a team of advisors and guiding junior staff. Are you up for the challenge
Accountabilities
In this pivotal role youll manage the delivery of HR advisory support within a specific geographic area aligning HR programs with strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing core HR processes such as HRBP support reward performance management and recruitment. Youll partner with shared service centers and connect various service delivery elements across global projects focusing on automation and simplification. Ensuring effective operations of the My HR team handling escalations evaluating service quality metrics and providing governance reports will be key. Collaboration with global HR colleagues to share best practices and ensure service consistency is crucial. Youll interact with stakeholders to meet service expectations motivate team members identify training needs and enhance selfservice options through the Ask AZ Portal. Mentoring junior staff and tailoring HR support to business priorities will be essential in improving employee and manager experiences at critical moments.
Essential Skills/Experience
Proven experience in HR services management or a similar role.
English & French Language proficiency.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Data management systems experience (Workday).
Ability to manage multiple countries operations and engage in crosscultural collaborations.
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Desirable Skills/Experience
Project Management.
