Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Service Delivery

• Execute employee lifecycle transactions in HR systems (e.g. hires terminations job changes leaves of absence others).
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
• Support mass data uploads organizational changes and HR data audits.

Inquiry Management

• Respond to Tier 2 HR inquiries from employees and managers via case management tools.
• Resolve issues related to employee records policy interpretation and process exceptions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the Sr. Analysts People Services or appropriate CoE.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

• Partner with Field HR Payroll and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support onboarding and training of new People Services team members.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate documentation of transactions and case resolutions.
• Support internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate data.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies.

Process Improvement

• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to Sr. Analyst and Sr. Manager.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Participate in system testing and implementation of process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience:Minimum3 years of experience in HR operations or shared services preferably supporting North America.
• Systems:Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms; familiarity with case management tools such as ServiceNow or Workday Help is a plus.
• Languages:Fluency in Spanish and English required; French is a plus.
