Position Overview
As a Lobby Attendant you are the first line of defense in keeping our public areas spotless welcoming and ready to impress. Youll take pride in making sure lobbies hallways restrooms elevators and other guestfacing spaces are always immaculate and refreshed throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all public spaces including lobby front desk area guest restrooms elevators corridors and entrances.
- Regularly sanitize hightouch areas such as elevator buttons door handles and seating areas.
- Monitor cleanliness and promptly respond to spills debris or guest concerns.
- Replenish restroom supplies and ensure cleanliness standards are met throughout the day.
- Greet guests with a warm helpful attitude and assist as needed.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Desk teams to report maintenance or safety issues.
- Maintain cleanliness of employee and backofhouse areas as assigned.
- Ensure floors are swept mopped or vacuumed and trash is removed regularly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred but not required.
- Friendly approachable and guestfocused demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for hospitality and a teamfirst attitude.
