Locations: Harford Middlesex and Tolland County

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for business growth and personal development. While direct fitness industry experience is not required exceptional people skills and a selfmotivated cando work ethic are essential. As an Area Director you will oversee the operations of 3 Anytime Fitness locations. Your responsibilities will include driving overall club success and profitability providing extensive sales coaching facilitating crucial conversations with staff and managing various aspects of hiring training scheduling and payroll preparation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide oversight to 3 Anytime Fitness locations
- Foster profitability and bottomline growth through effective coaching and development of club staff
- Contribute to business development initiatives
- Lead training and development programs
- Manage scheduling and staffing requirements
- Ensure accurate payroll processing
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in multiunit sales management
- Background in sales
- Demonstrated leadership skills gained through several years of experience in the service or retail sector
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with a customercentric approach
- General understanding of Human Resources including staff training development and hiring practices
- Analytical mindset with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking
- Proficiency in utilizing spreadsheets word documents and PowerPoint
