Description

SUMMARY

Manages all advertising and creative development functions for agency account. Personally manages all creative requests for the Indiana Grand Marketing team. Provides support to Indiana Grand Responsible for the strict adherence to brand standards and the consistent development of compelling ads creative designs and quality advertising campaigns for agency account.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Positions agency account products and services in the marketplace. Plans and executes brand advertising programs to raise brand awareness and value. Responsible for market research and consumer trends. Responsible for the development production and trafficking of agency account advertising including print radio television outdoor collateral web site internal and external communications. Oversee the accounts web site including content updates offers and ecare. Assist account with the development of onsite signage and pointofsale strategic including content and location management. Responsible for agency account advertising copy writing and proofing. Assist agency account with the strategy coordination and implementation of media planning buying and analysis. Oversee the timely implementation of all agency account project requests. Responsible for the production and delivery of all creative materials to agency account. Responsible for the formulation and maintenance of all agency account production schedules. Assist agency account with solutions to creative logistical and technical problems. Responsible for estimating accurate advertising and creative costs for agency account. Manage advertising and production budget including invoicing expense summaries and monthly accruals for the agency account. Act as a liaison between account and ad agency monitoring agencys efficiency and maintaining effective communication. Monitor advertising efforts and coverage of competitors in the area and maintain a library of competitive information including uptodate share of voice reports. Support agency account with accurate files and record keeping. Assist agency account with onsite needs including promotions events and entertainment. Additional duties as assigned.

SOCIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must have an outgoing energetic and enthusiastic attitude. Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree (B. A.) from fouryear college or university; or three to five years marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.. Casino Experience EMarketing Experience Must have the ability to relate to all levels of employees. Strong leadership skills Strong verbal and written communication skills High integrity and sound business judgment Accuracy detail orientation and analytical skills needed.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions proportions percentages area circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS

Must be able to obtain an Indiana Gaming Commission License and an Indiana Racing Commission License.

Access to general gaming floors and BOH administrative areas at Indiana Grand and Hoosier Park gaming facilities
