Ansell is looking for a Sr. Manager New Category Development to join our team in Queretaro!
In this position you will play a vital role in leading the development and execution of the category management programs in collaboration with the channel marketing and product category teams. The Sr. Manager also leads local/regional new product development launch process. This includes capturing new product ideas innovation opportunities leading discussions around portfolio segmentation and lifecycle and commercial launches. Span of responsibility includes supporting the capture and dissemination of customer/vertical insights that help drive portfolio strategy and new product pipeline. This role will engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

- Manage product life cycle.

- Leverage analytics to adjust strategies.
- Identify strategic partnerships.
- Design research projects.
- Coordinate Retail and Vending development efforts.
Education:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Experience with distributor and channel marketing.
Job Experience:
- 5 years in Marketing Category or Product Management.
- Digital marketing experience required.
- Sales experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Relationship management across stakeholders.
- Strong project and research skills.
- Communication and presentation expertise.
- Organizational navigation and insight mining.
- Market and consumer behavior knowledge.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- 40% travel expected to customers trade shows and events.
