The Role

Shape the future of CompanyCams growth as our Director of Outbound Sales where youll lead and grow our midmarket and enterprise outbound team engaging with key decisionmakers to land those bigger deals. Youll be in charge of building a highperforming team creating the goto playbook for outbound and working closely with our Marketing RevOps and Partnerships teams to make sure everything we do is smart efficient and gets results. This isnt your typical sales leadership role. Youll be the driving force behind our strategic outbound initiatives directly targeting and engaging executivelevel decisionmakers to unlock significant new revenue streams.

What Youll Do

  • Build and Lead a HighPerforming Team: Recruit onboard coach and develop a team of MidMarket Sales Representatives and SDRs fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and Implement Outbound Strategy: Architect and continuously refine a multisegment outbound playbook tailored to different customer types and industries with a focus on pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Drive CrossFunctional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing RevOps Partnerships and Product teams to ensure a unified outbound approach and contribute to broader company initiatives.
  • Coach for Sales Excellence: Provide daily coaching through call reviews roleplaying and deal clinics to enhance complex sales skills and improve SDR to AE conversion rates.
  • Own Outbound Revenue and Performance: Take full ownership of midmarket and enterprise outbound revenue targets pipeline creation and forecast accuracy using data to optimize sales motions.
  • Foster a HighPerformance Culture: Model and cultivate a learningfocused sales environment that values accountability healthy competition resilience and open communication.
  • Travel and Represent CompanyCam: Travel (2530%) to industry events team meetings and key customer engagements to support the gotomarket strategy.
  • Implement Performance Management: Establish a clear and repeatable system for managing team performance providing regular feedback and addressing performance issues in partnership with HR.
  • Design Scalable Outbound Systems: Develop and implement efficient outbound processes and leverage technology including AIenhanced cadences and automation to maximize team productivity and reach.

What Youll Bring

  • 35 years of outbound sales leadership experience in SaaS including managing teams through highgrowth phases and within Mid Market and/or Enterprise segments.
  • Proven success in building and scaling a multilayer sales organization while consistently driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional initiatives and align teams around shared pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Strategic operator with experience in building outbound GoToMarket (GTM) engines from the ground up.
  • Exceptional coaching and motivational skills with a history of developing highachieving sales professionals.
  • Indepth understanding of outbound sales frameworks (e.g. Baseline Sandler) and their application to complex sales cycles.
  • Strong systems thinking with proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot Salesforce Gong) capable of translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Processoriented with the ability to simplify complex situations and establish sustainable systems for growth.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid change while providing stability and clarity for the team.
  • A continuous growthmindset with a focus on learning embracing challenges and continuously improving.
  • A knack for creativity and innovation bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.

Benefits & Compensation

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $100000$120000 per year and is based on experience. Our average on target earnings (OTE) is $160000$180000. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
