The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for an Associate Program Manager Risk Factor Control. This position can be homebased but must live in Hawaii.
This is a full time benefits eligible grant funded opportunity. Current funding will expire on 6/30/2028.

This Associate Program Manager is responsible for implementing project plan activities and facilitating coordination across internal and external teams for assigned programs with consistent and effective communication with project leadership. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with communitybased organizations to support program implementation. Establishes and coordinates project timelines and is responsible for managing the development and distribution of culturallyrelevant patient education resources. Responsible for assigned project tracking and reporting including patient education programming. Responsible for developing and maintaining a knowledge base in hypertension and stroke.
Expected pay range will be $70000 $80000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
