Monitor benefit plan performance and make datadriven improvement recommendations.
Stay updated with global benefits trends and regulatory requirements.
Manage relationships with global benefits providers brokers and consultants.
Negotiate contracts to ensure costeffectiveness and quality service.
Act as the main point of contact for employee and vendor benefit queries.
Ensure benefits programs are compliant with local laws and regulations across countries.
Assist with the preparation and filing of reports and documentation.
Develop strategies to effectively communicate benefits programs to employees.
Conduct onboarding sessions workshops and answer ongoing employee queries.
Collect and analyze benefits data related to utilization cost and satisfaction.
Provide insights and recommendations for benefits program enhancements.
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).
35 years of experience in benefits administration preferably in a global environment.
Strong understanding of global benefits laws and compliance.
Proven experience in vendor management and negotiations.
Exceptional interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail.
A gogetter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
