- Earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from anACPEaccredited college/school of pharmacy
- Eligible for pharmacist licensure in Kentucky
- Completion of PGY1 pharmacy residency (or equivalent experience)
- Completion of a Teaching Certificate/Teaching and Learning Curriculum (preferred)
