Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our F&B operations at the Radisson Collection Astorija Vilnius Hotel. In this pivotal role you will lead our team in delivering a delightful dining experience exceeding guest expectations and maximizing revenue.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee all F&B outlets including the restaurant room service bar and events ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Manage costs related to food beverage and labor maximizing revenue through effective financial management.
Recruit train and lead a high-performing F&B team fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain compliance with brand standards and uphold the unique concept of the restaurant and bar.
Collaborate on menu development incorporating market trends and guest preferences to create appealing and profitable offerings.
Continuously evaluate guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements:
Proven F&B management experience preferably in a hotel setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English.
