Drive the future of gaming intelligence as our new Account Executive
Were looking for an Account Executive to help launch and grow our new SaaS marketintelligence platform Lumos. If youre excited about working endtoend across the sales funnel owning both customer acquisition and growth and making a lasting impact on the gaming industry this role is for you.

How youll make an impact
Were launching Lumos our new selfserve SaaS platform that delivers powerful marketintelligence tools directly to game studios publishers investors and agencies. As our first fulltime Account Executive dedicated to Lumos youll own the full customer journey from identifying prospects to onboarding and renewals while playing a key role in shaping our sales strategy gotomarket approach and early customer relationships.
What we expect you to do
Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers including game publishers developers investors and research firms.
Run discovery calls deliver compelling product demos and negotiate deals from start to close.
Guide new customers through initial onboarding and help them unlock the value of Lumos quickly.
Identify opportunities for expansion and drive renewals helping us achieve >120% Net Revenue Retention.
Gather customer insights and share feedback with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap decisions.
Represent Lumos and Gameopedia at major gaming conferences like GDC Gamescom and TGS.
What we believe you need to succeed in the role

25 years of sales/consulting experience in B2B SaaS data or analytics solutions.
Track record in closing deals between $20100k ARR.
Passion and strong familiarity with the videogame ecosystemyou can understand the language of publishers studios and/or gametech vendors. Most of the following names are familiar to you: Valve Capcom Konami Bethesda Activision Blizzard CD Projekt TakeTwo Firaxis Rockstar Paradox Embracer Devolver Naughty Dog Ubisoft EA Square Enix ID Software Team17. These will be your target accounts.
Discovery consultative selling and storytelling skills.
Ability to manage multistakeholder sales cycles and translate data into commercial value.
CRM discipline (HubSpot Salesforce or similar).
Startup mindsetproactive flexible and energised by building from scratch.
NOTE: This is not a remote position. Candidates must have a valid work permit for Norway and be able to work from our Lillestrm office periodically.
