Job Description

We re seeking a talented and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our growing team of wedding photography professionals. In this role you ll be at the heart of our creative process managing our social media presence crafting engaging content and supporting various administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to blend your love for weddings your eye for aesthetics and your organizational skills in a dynamic fastpaced environment. You ll play a crucial role in showcasing our beautiful work to potential clients and helping our business thrive in the competitive wedding industry.

Responsibilities

  • Create captivating 10second video clips from behindthescenes wedding footage bringing the magic of each event to life for our social media audience
  • Curate and post a cohesive collection of stunning wedding photos across our social media platforms maintaining our brand s visual identity
  • Dive into our extensive online album of best work to select perfect images for social media posts ensuring we always put our best foot forward
  • Develop creative and engaging reels and other content designed to attract our ideal clients and grow our online presence
  • Research and craft informative blog posts about wedding venues highlighting unique features seasonal considerations and reasons why couples should choose each location
  • Seamlessly incorporate our curated wedding photos into blog posts creating a visually appealing and informative resource for engaged couples
  • Assist with a variety of daily administrative tasks to keep our business running smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation with a keen eye for visual aesthetics
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to research and create compelling blog content
  • Proficiency in video editing software to create eyecatching shortform video content
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with current wedding industry trends and a passion for the world of weddings (preferred)
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to represent our brand voice consistently across all platforms
