To achieve revenue targets through effective sales of E&C s product offerings. The role involves market prospecting customer acquisition sales conversion postsales support coordination and collections.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
Generate leads deliver product presentations prepare quotations
Follow up with prospects process orders and ensure smooth invoicing
Coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction postsales
Submit weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and forecasts
Track collections manage retention money resolve billing issues
Ensure compliance with sales processes and internal coordination protocols
Maintain clean workspace and foster a collaborative team environment
Sales Revenue: Achievement of target sales volume and value
Loss of Revenue: Minimize bad debts and revenue loss due to warranty replacements or service lapses
Customer Satisfaction: Zero direct escalations and documented positive feedback
Reporting & Communication: Timely professional updates to management
Teamwork: Support colleagues adapt to new responsibilities coordinate with HO
Planning & Execution: Structured task planning and responsiveness to review
Initiative & Proactiveness: Identify and pursue new business or improvement areas

Commitment: Reliability persistence and ownership of assigned tasks
Education:
B.E. (0 5 years) or
Diploma in Electrical/Electronics (0 5 years) or
MBA (0 3 years)
Skills Required:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office Email Internet; familiarity with SAP preferred
Sales acumen and customeroriented approach
Ability to multitask plan and execute with minimal supervision
