In this role you will be responsible for providing essential IT support to our backoffice team and assisting employees in resolving issues related to corporate information systems and IT resources and information Security. We are a really fast growing and dynamic company so there will be no chance to get bored.
Job Description:
Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees including provisioning and deprovisioning access to cloud services setting up user accounts and ensuring data security during transitions.
Providing guidance and support for using various SaaS applications and subscriptions.
Troubleshooting and resolving common ITrelated problems promptly and effectively.
Collaborating with the IT Manager on more complex projects which may include systems development coding and SaaS integrations.
Monitor and maintain the security of cloudbased systems ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. This includes managing access controls permissions and encryption.
Explore opportunities for automating repetitive tasks and integrating cloud applications to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Stay informed about new cloud technologies security threats and best practices to enhance the companys IT infrastructure continually.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in IT will be a Plus.
Previous ITsupport or System administration experience is a plus but not mandatory.
A modern mindset with a basic understanding of how cloud IT systems and SaaS applications work.
Understanding of IT ticketing systems and processes.
Familiarity with basic IT support concepts (ITILITSM).
Strong problemsolving skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new SaaS tools quickly.
Experience In Google Workspace Zoho apps HubSpot Zapier API and any kind of Coding highly preferred.
English B1B2.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams. Ability to ask questions and correctly formulate your thoughts both orally and in writing.
