Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

As a Human Resources Intern you will join Bosch Aveiros Human Resources Department and support a specific HR project to refine the function descriptions within the organization.

  • Analysis of the existing function descriptions and of possible merges of similar functions in different business areas;
  • Creation of new function descriptions and/or revision of old function descriptions based on the existing ones and with support from AI HR Business Partner and managers knowledge of the function;
  • Coordination and guidance of alignment meetings among several managers to validate final function descriptions;
  • Completion of the final document with all the function descriptions and support on the launching of a shared document to be consulted by the associates and managers (internal Bosch tool).

Additionally you may also support other HR processes from recruitment to people and processes management. For that you will:

  • Support the recruitment processes including job description job posting and selection criteria;
  • Conduct the overall recruitment process from candidates sourcing screening calls schedule and conduct interviews supporting and advising the manager throughout the process;
  • Be the point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process ensuring a positive candidate experience;
  • Support in personnel marketing initiatives such as job fairs conferences and other tech and recruitment events;
  • Support the onboarding of new associates in the company;
  • Actively assist in the implementation of HR policies and tools and participate in HR team topics;
  • Support in the administrative management of employee processes.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you: 

  • Academic degree on Social Sciences Management or similar;
  • General knowledge in Human Resources management topics is a plus;
  • Keen on networking and relating with different people cultures mindsets;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Ownership and initiative to propose ideas;
  • Proactive attitude and interest on autonomous work;
  • Good knowledge of Office tools especially Excel and Powerpoint and social/professional networks;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory written and spoken).
