1. Recruitment Support.
- Assist in posting job adverts and screening CVs.
- Coordinate interview logistics and communication with candidates.
- Support the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
- Assist in organizing onboarding activities for new employees.
2. HR Administration and Documentation
- Draft employee letters such as confirmation letters transfer letters bank introduction Embassy school pension references and other official correspondence for review
- Maintain accurate and uptodate personnel files (physical and digital)
- Ensuring all HR records are updated filed correctly and are easily accessible
- Assist in Scheduling of monthly staff meetings finalizing agenda and minute taking
- Support with on and offboarding of employees
- Support in immigration and global mobility
- Assist in organizing team bonding sessions staff engagement programs and wellness initiatives
- Provide basic support on HRIS tools as applicable
- Any other task that maybe assigned by the HR Management
Qualifications :
Your competencies and qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 12 years experience in a generalist HR support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience:
- Good knowledge of Ms Office
