You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a Senior Customer Technology & Solutions Advisor (CTS) to join our dynamic Hospitality Technology team as part of a strategic transformation across ENA. This is a newly created position aimed at strengthening Accors digital and technological integration across its hotel portfolio in the region.
The CTS Advisor will act as the main point of contact for IT and technology topics within their hotel portfolio ensuring successful project delivery and full alignment with Accor IT strategies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main technology liaison between hotels and internal/external partners.
Oversee the full project lifecycle: budgeting scheduling implementation and evaluation.
Manage and update the technical inventory of hotel portfolios (IT infrastructure systems partners).
Coordinate technical deployment with internal departments and local service providers.
Advise hotels on adopting innovative solutions and improving operational performance.
Ensure compliance with global IT standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical recommendations and support hotel development plans (13 year scope).
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Hospitality Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure systems or service delivery.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a strong plus.
Technical Proficiency
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure OS networks and hotelspecific systems.
Familiarity with project methodologies and best practices.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Teamwork and stakeholder management capabilities.
Fluent in English; proficiency in a regional language is highly desirable.
