Job Description

Grant Aviation is an Alaskan regional air carrier serving rural Alaska since 1971. With bases in Bethel Emmonak Dillingham King Salmon Cold Bay Dutch Harbor Kenai and Anchorage Grant Aviation provides scheduled air transport of passengers cargo and mail as well as air ambulance and charter service. Grant Aviation employs approximately 360 people.

Position: Customer Service Agent Supervisor


Life On The Job

This position is a rotational yearround based in Bethel AK

In the role of Customer Service Agent Supervisor you will oversee and support the customer service agents (CSAs) to carry out all functions of the ticketing counters including managing and booking reservations for passengers luggage and cargo processing payments performing data input generating reports and resolving customer service issues. This is a public facing role that interacts with large volumes of customers in person over the phone or by email. Strong leadership skills are key in this role as you will help guide motivate and train up your team.

This Role Requires

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass a 10year background check and to work in the US.
  • Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds.
  • Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
  • Ability to perform tasks within parameters specified by various regulatory agencies.
