1. Corporate Management
1.1 Find the optimum legal and business solutions for top management. Provide risk management advice to management on each legal issue.
1.2 Provide legal advice to every unit of company.
1.3 Give legal opinion about taxation and privileges.
1.4 Properly file and maintain contracts certificates licenses and other legal documents of the company.
1.5 Monitor and renew all privileges keep the licenses uptodate.
1.6 Be the registrar of the company and timely arrange the shareholders meeting according to law.
1.7 Be the secretary to the Board of Directors.
1.8 Ensure companys legal operation under the local laws and HQs direction
2. Contract Management
2.1 Review draft amend and prepare any contracts legal documents to support various business activities.
2.2 Prepare the standard contracts to be used in the company.
3. Compliance Management
3.1 Ensure the company is a good governance corporation in terms of compliance with laws and regulations. Monitor and protect the companys interest.
3.2 Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that legal risks have been identified and appropriate courses of action have been taken.
3.3 Monitor the performance of company to be in line with the law or regulations. Oversee the companys performance to be in compliance with contracts and licenses condition.
3.4 Monitor update and communicate any new laws regulations announcements and any governmental policy related to company.
3.5 Review and prepare any regulations rules and internal policies. Ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory requirements.
3.6 Be the investigation committee and other committees.
4. IP Management
4.1 Monitor the company not infringe others patents copyrights trademarks and any intellectual property rights.
4.2 Prepare the application and apply for patents including invention patents and design patents and petty patents.
4.3 Protect the companys patents copyrights trademarks and any intellectual property rights from any infringement.
5. Litigation Management
5.1 Review progress of ongoing cases and advice management. Liaise with and provide required documents to external lawyers. Follow the case until final decision and conduct the execution of judgment.
5.2 Be the representatives of the company to report the case file the case and perform any related manners.
6. Relationship Management
6.1 Cooperates with government agencies related to company business operation.
6.2 Cooperates with external law firms
7. Other tasks assigned by President.
Full Time
