What Youll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
Provide assistance via phone email chat or social media platforms.
Help customers navigate app features functionality and account setup.
Resolve technical issues such as login errors or payment delays.
Guide users through account creation and identity verification processes.
Foster a positive customer experience by being empathetic and professional.
Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support or technical teams when needed.
What Were Looking For
Youre a great fit if you:
Have a high level of French (oral and written) and are fluent in English (C1).
Possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills to effectively address customer queries.
Are comfortable with mobile apps digital payments and online platforms.
Have the ability to truly understand customer concerns and provide tailored solutions.
Previous customer service or support experience is a plus but not a requirement.
