Your Role:
As the Assistant National Manager Psychology you will:
- Lead and Manage: Oversee a national team of psychologists across WA NSW ACT and VIC ensuring consistent service quality and compliance with evidencedbest practices.
- Strategic Leadership: Directly manage State Managers and Psychology Clinic Managers driving operational excellence highquality servicing and client satisfaction.
- Client Services Excellence: Maintain and enhance the quality of psychological services in assessment and intervention across all current and future psychology service contracts.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards across NDIS Medicare Mindspot GP EAP Workers Compensation and private client services.
- Performance Support: Support the professional development of team members ensuring high engagement and retention.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Psychologist with a high preference for endorsement in Clinical Psychology and Boardapproved Supervisor status.
- Strong experience across a range of service areas including NDIS Medicare Mindspot GP EAP Workers Compensation and private client pathways.
- Proven expertise in both intervention and assessment with a strong preference for experience in complex neurodevelopmental disorder (autism ID ADHD) assessments.
- A strategic mindset with experience in multistate team management.
- Strong skills in business development and networking to support divisional growth.
- Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills.
- The ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to travel to ORS sites across the nation as needed.
