As the internal IT team we drive the companys CLAIM 5 strategy forward. Our IT Workplace Management provides employees with a firstclass digital workspace and is always available for problemsolving and consultation. We offer top management excellent tailored support and ensure smooth operations at events. Additionally we manage the entire technical infrastructure in our stateoftheart streaming/film studio accompany the production process onsite and are responsible for the continuous development and integration of new technologies.

What you can expect:

• You support top management (board Circle1 and their assistants) in all IT matters.
• You manage the technology used by top management such as laptops meeting room technology and mobile devices (Teams Rooms systems Apple Macs iPads/iPhones etc.).
• You are the interface to other IT teams and 3rdlevel support to quickly find solutions for VIP incidents.
• You control and coordinate the analysis of disruptions and the escalation management of incidents.
• You are part of the studio team and responsible for the operation management and further development of all IT components (hardware software network) in our stateoftheart streaming and film studio. You bring your technical expertise and actively accompany our productions onsite.

Your profile:

• You have completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or similar or you are a motivated career changer.
• You are a pro in Apple operating systems iOS and MacOS as well as Microsoft M365 applications (Outlook Teams Word PowerPoint Excel) and know all the tricks and tips.
• Ideally you already have experience in 2nd level support.
• Experience with media and streaming technology and the associated processes and workflows.
• You are a reliable team player and bring the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
• Your analytical and structured working style is topnotch and you love supporting colleagues with IT issues and making their lives easier.
• You speak fluent German and English and can express yourself confidently in both languages.
