About the Role
Svensk Fastighetsfrmedling Marbella is looking for a passionate and driven Property Finder to join our growing team. Your primary focus will be attracting new sellers and fostering strong longlasting relationships. This involves strategies like doortodoor outreach following up on housing ads and engaging with for sale listings on platforms such as Idealista and Fotocasa. Additionally building a strong local network will be key to your success in sourcing properties and ensuring Svensk Fast remains the top choice for home buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively identifying potential sellers through various outreach methods.
- Building and maintaining a solid network within the local community.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and provide outstanding service.
- Engaging with online listings and platforms to discover new opportunities.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written); knowledge of Swedish is a plus. Additional language skills are also valued
- Drivers license and good driving skills
- Proven ability to cultivate strong longlasting relationships and build a reliable network
- Relevant experience in sales property brokerage or a related field
