Every volunteering event at Team Everest needs the right content behind it whether it is a handbook a poster or a sample craft model.
As our Content Support Coordinator you will be the person who makes sure every event is fully ready before it even begins.
You will take master content files and carefully customize them for each event. You will doublecheck every detail dates names instructions so nothing is missed. You will also help prepare physical samples for DIY events like craftmaking or educational kit activities.
Your work will directly support thousands of volunteers and students. Without you events would be chaotic. With you everything will run smoothly.

What You Will Do
Content Customization and Preparation
- Customize Event Content: Edit master materials like handbooks presentations and instruction sheets with eventspecific details such as dates locations and participant names.
- Create Samples: Make physical craft samples for DIY events to guide volunteers clearly.
- Prepare Basic Designs: Use Canva to edit or create simple posters instruction sheets and volunteer communication materials.
- Proofread Carefully: Review all content for accuracy formatting and completeness before handing it over to event teams.
Organization and Coordination
- Manage Content Repositories: Keep all master and customized files neatly organized in folders for easy access.
- Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with the content creation and event execution teams for smooth material handovers.
- Lead Interns: Manage interns who assist with content preparation giving them clear instructions and reviewing their work.
- Track Progress: Maintain checklists and update the team regularly on content readiness for upcoming events.
