The Role: The Vice President Professional Services Americas is responsible for overseeing the services business across North America and LATAM. This role includes leading directorlevel management and consulting teams to sell deliver and manage critical Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. Additionally the role focuses on strengthening and expanding the partner ecosystem enhancing service offerings and broadening market reach.
Your Focus:
- Drive growth in the regions professional services revenue and profitability ensuring financial health and strategic expansion.
- Develop extensive relationships with senior and executive customer management to maximize satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities. Enhance and maintain strong relationships within the partner ecosystem.
- Align with the Sales organization to define and deliver consulting services that meet regional sales goals providing both tactical and strategic support.
- Lead and manage Professional Services Directors and consulting teams fostering a highperformance culture and promoting best practices. Oversee recruitment and development of toptier talent.
- Develop and maintain worldclass consulting processes and personnel ensuring efficient delivery and highquality management. Implement and support regional and corporate initiatives driving continuous improvement and alignment with overall business strategy.
- Manage regional resources budgeting utilization and P&L ensuring the organization is run profitably. Take necessary actions to optimize the organizations return on investment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field; Masters degree preferred.
- 10 years of consulting and management experience at the regional level including managing services businesses.
- Proven ability to manage technical personnel and enterprise software processes with a background in systems integration consulting or software/hardware vendor services.
- Strong collaboration skills creative problemsolving abilities and experience in developing and maintaining career development and project delivery programs.
- Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence Data Warehousing Cloud Mobile and Big Data technologies with experience in business practices in both North America and LATAM highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strong services revenue growth and profitability at scale and the capability to work in a goaloriented highurgency environment.
- Wellorganized with effective delegation skills capable of exceptional strategy development and problemsolving.
