Summary

We are seeking a Safety Risk and Assurance Lead to provide expert proactive Safety Risk Safety Investigation and Safety Assurance advice and application to Airservices business Groups.

The Role & The Team
Your strategic thinking ability to influence your stakeholders and proven track record in best practice safety risk and assurance program design and delivery will be essential to championing effective change and assurance improvement for Airservices.
You will bring a wealth of applied experience as a system safety/assurance specialist within a safety regulated industry complemented by expertise in optimising investigation and learning outcomes in highrisk domains.
Working with stakeholders you will guide your team in the delivery of assurance programs that deliver risk control insights and build effectiveness of safety risk controls across operational and safety change domains.
Qualifications & Competencies:
The ideal candidate will ideally have at least 10 years applied experience as a system safety/assurance specialist within a safety regulated industry. Tertiary qualifications in system safety operational hazard and risk management engineering or related field are preferred.
