Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the endtoend export process for road freight shipments to Zimbabwe and Zambia
- Coordinate with clearing agents transporters and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
- Prepare and verify export documentation including commercial invoices packing lists and customs declarations
- Monitor shipments in transit and proactively address delays or disruptions
- Ensure compliance with all crossborder trade regulations and customs requirements
- Maintain strong communication with clients government agencies and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of export activities and generate regular performance reports
- Promote adherence to safety quality and operational procedures in all export functions
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- Relevant diploma or certification in Logistics Supply Chain or International Trade (advantageous)
- Proven experience in export supervision specifically with road freight to Zimbabwe and Zambia
- Strong understanding of customs procedures and crossborder regulations
- Excellent organizational communication and problemsolving skills
- Proficient in export documentation and logistics software systems
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy and compliance
- Teamoriented with a proactive approach to challenges
