Project Manager Maersk Project Logistics
The Project Manager role will be the primary point of contact for own customers and ensure smooth execution of endtoend shipment lifecycle including the inland delivery by working closely with customer as well as internal stakeholders.
Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction across MPL product offering (own customers). Manage people and processes to execute designed project solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for operational excellence across MPL product family and transport modes to meet customer deliverables.
- Partner with commercial growth enablement QHSE and procurement to aid in strategic development of the customer.
- Establish and track goals metrics and indicators for success for the MPL project.
- Demonstrate adaptability for market fluctuations supply chain disruptions and customer timelines to meet contractual terms.
- Establish and foster data driven relationships with clients focusing on joint strategic vision and initiatives aligned to global MPL growth strategies.
- Accountable for the internal implementation of the customer solution ensuring reporting structure QHSE requirements and continuous improvement loops embedded in organization.
- Effective independent judgement to set priorities and work independently.
- Drive operational excellence across teams.
- Identify and hold operational leadership accountable to customer program deliverables.
- Identify value added solutions for the customer and Maersk.
- Represent the account(s) during business implementation and execution including onboarding of new Maersk product portfolio collaborating with internal project owners accordingly.
- Responsible for identifying and reducing program operating costs.
- Support with rate procurement for ongoing projects and known customers.
- Any other business responsibilities that may be assigned by the CoE to ensure business profitability and operational efficiency.
Required experience & Skills
- 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong experience in Freight Forwarding.
- Logistics supply chain industry relevant experience.
- Relevant experience as a Manager Leader Supervisor or similar strong skills managing teams.
- Experience working with different Business Units or crossfunctional teams.
- Strong background managing systems.
