Mount Abraham Union Middle/High School is seeking a motivated and organized individual to oversee the implementation of the student mentoring program in partnership with DREAMs Guided Mentoring initiative. This role supports meaningful mentoring relationships between high school students and elementaryaged youth through program coordination planning and community Responsibilities: Oversee and facilitate the student mentoring program on Tuesdays from 2:005:00 PM across Mount Abraham Union Middle/High School and Bristol Elementary School Participate in one hour of virtual planning and coordination meetings weekly Support and assist DREAMs Guided Mentoring team in developing engaging and effective programming for high school mentors and elementary mentees Serve as a liaison between DREAM and Bristols Expanded Learning Program Help recruit and organize high school mentors ensuring consistent meeting times and spaces for both mentor group meetings and mentormentee sessions Collaborate with DREAM staff to support implementation of the MentorinTraining curriculum and Village Mentoring activities Act as a point person for high school mentors by distributing materials and resources and assisting with enrollment and participation forms Plan and facilitate fun playbased and developmentally appropriate activities aligned with Guided Mentorings objectives Attend weekly inschool and afterschool sessions to support mentors and mentees Build strong supportive relationships with high school mentor groups and individuals Foster a positive inclusive mentoring community that connects youth across grade levels Strengthen partnerships with families and community organizations to support program goals Other duties as assigned by the program starting salary is $25.00 per hour and may increase based on experience in accordance with the NonUnion Support Staff Agreement.
