Supporting the entire Walmart US segment the role requires a broad understanding across the entire business to enable input into all major financial decisions and will often be required to work in matrixed ability to challenge all aspects of the business in delivering improved performance whilst maintaining strong working relationships is key to success in this role. Additionally the ability to understand business trends foresee financial opportunities and risks and effectively influence business results is an important part of the everyday.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field and 6 years experience in accounting finance or related area OR 8 years experience in accounting finance or related area. MBA highly preferred
- 5 year of experience leading and completing crossfunctional projects
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- 5 years of experience working in a large complex matrixed organization
- 5 years of experience of Strategic Planning
- Merchandising Finance experience
- Experience working in Fortune 100 finance
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing scheduling time management and meeting deadlines
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Detail and resultsoriented with sense of urgency
- Comfort with ambiguity
