The role
This role within the Capital Partners team at Bradfield Development Authority will undertake project support and administrative support activities to effectively deliver significant property transactions.
This role wills supporting commercial deals analysing trends and working with government industry and academic partners. As part of the role you will prepare detailed documentation including feasibility reports undertake financial modelling develop impactful presentations and provide support to the team across these transactions.
Youll need to juggle multiple priorities keep things moving to tight deadlines and work with a broad mix of stakeholdersboth internal and external to achieve deliverables.
