Job Description
What We Are Looking For
Baylor University is seeking Summer REC Camp Counselors that will be responsible for the supervision activities and investment of campers under the leadership of the Campus Recreation team.
This is a temporary position anticipated to end on 8/16/25.
A high school diploma is required.
*All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis.
What You Will Do
- Lead games and sports such as basketball kickball gymnastics and dodgeball
- Assist with activities such as swimming rock climbing and the marina
- Facilitate smallgroup discussion and invest into campers
- Maintain order by providing care resolving conflict and setting a positive example for the campers
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylors mission
- Ability to comply with university policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
