As an Assistant Manager you will partner with the General Manager to lead and drive the daily operations of your South Street location.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve company objectives in sales service quality appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of team members and creating a positive productive working environment
- This is a very handson role where youll be required to be in a standing position for long periods of time
- Cultivate a warm and inviting ambiance that uplifts guests and motivates the team
- Honesty and integrity in all things
- The ability to attract and develop a quality staff of A players
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to listen
- Professional presentation and verbal skill set
- Ability to organize and inspire a team towards a common goal
- Aptitude for food and restaurant execution
- Positive impact on restaurant finances
Also included:
- Delivers consistently on the core values of the brand
- Oversee inventory quality and safety
- Effectively Lead and develop the hourly team
- Manages all support functions (i.e. hourly payroll scheduling etc.)
- Maintains the facility while upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality
- Assists GM with employee relations
- Assist in creating & implementing systems which enhance the operation
- Establish and builds community relations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high volume fastpaced handson environment
- Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the operations
- Receptive to coaching and takes initiative for selfdevelopment
- Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
- Must be able to coach and develop others
- Must be an effective multitasker
- P&L knowledge and sales building highly desirable
