The priorities for the role include:
- Responsibility for creating & executing the digital and traditional marketing plan to create incremental opportunity funnel for HACH solutions in diverse customer segments across India. Support channel partners in India and neighbouring countries on their marketing initiatives.
- Digital
- Online channels: Generate incremental leads leveraging online channels SEO.
- Webinars: Curate and execute online webinars to achieve high impact.
- Traditional: Complete ownership of customer facing events such as Tradeshows conferences seminars and inhouse customer events.
- Customer Outreach: Achieve high user engagement with outbound calls to generate repeat business opportunities. Collate Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Complete ownership for TAT of all incoming leads from all marketing programs
- Professional & Social Media: Significantly enhance visibility on professional platforms such as LinkedIn improve impressions and increase followership.
- Imbibe and practice Veralto Enterprise System Tools (Visual Management Policy Deployment Problem Solving Process KPI) to drive continuous improvement marketing processes
The essential requirements of the job include:
Engineering Graduate with an MBA (Sales/Marketing) with 10 years of experience. Min 5 years of experience in developing & executing Marketing strategies communications in a B2B environment and digital tools SEO is a must.
Good understanding & hands on experience on Digital Marketing platforms that include PPC optimisation & bidding SEO optimisation executing email campaigns & Social Media Marketing aimed at generating leads for sales from existing customers & New prospects. Certified on Google AdWords & Analytics will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in B2B Sales in analytical solutions or allied sectors like instrumentation automation controls through direct sales to end customers will be an advantage.
The candidate needs to be from premier Indian or MNC organizations with strong written and verbal communication skills.
