As the master franchise holder for Trkiye and the region theyre building one of the strongest ecosystems in the industry.
Now they are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing efforts across all four brands combining strategy execution and team coordination to drive growth.
Note: This role is designed for someone with long-term potential to grow into a C-level leadership position.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Shape and execute the marketing approach across four distinct brands
Create targeted strategies for franchise growth and brand awareness
Lead cohesive storytelling and brand positioning efforts
Performance Marketing
Launch and manage lead-generation campaigns (Meta Google programmatic)
Build and optimize digital marketing funnels
Oversee marketing analytics CRM and automation workflows
Community & Events
Design and organize events for real estate professionals and franchise owners
Lead engagement initiatives that strengthen brand loyalty
Manage PR and large-scale industry activations
Social Media & Creative
Oversee content calendars and creative production across platforms
Drive the creation of campaign assets videos and sales materials
Highlight brand success stories through storytelling
Leadership & Coordination
Work with internal teams and external partners (performance creative PR)
Set KPIs track results and continuously improve outcomes
Ensure marketing is aligned with overall business goals
8 years of experience in marketing ideally in real estate franchising or multi-brand environments
Strong background in both brand and performance marketing
A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads Google Ads GA4 HubSpot (or similar)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
