General Summary:

This is a PartTime Position 3 Days a week IN OFFICE (60%)

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Senior Manager provides proactive HR Support to client groups within one or multiple functions. The HRBP Senior Manager collaborates to provide relevant HR advice and solutions that enable the achievement of business strategies through a solid understanding of the operating environment. This role supports organizational change efforts as well as the delivery of HR programs and services such as talent/career development manager coaching and consultation talent acquisition compensation and performance management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides HR support and guidance to assigned client groups along with consultation and delivery of HR programs and services to enable the achievement business objectives
  • Leverages data and analytics to provide insights into business and talent trends that inform business and HR priorities. Provides insights in a simple creative and relevant way that challenges current thinking greatly informs their business decisions and shows how those decisions impact business outcomes
  • Works in partnership with others to proactively define build and implement valueadded HR strategies and solutions
  • Supports functional leaders in areas of organization design development and change leadership
  • Guides the business in how to effectively attract develop and retain highquality talent at all levels to support the growth objectives opportunities and strategies of the business
  • Provides input into strategic workforce planning efforts to ensure the people and talent strategy is in alignment with the organizations long range strategic plan (identification of longterm capability needs talent acquisition and succession planning)
  • Builds strong partnerships with the HR specialist functions such as Total Rewards Talent Acquisition Employee Services and Global Operations (ESGO) TM and Strategic Analytics to provide HR solutions to key business needs and to help roll out corporatewide programs that enhance the overall employee experience and support growth and success of overall business strategy
  • Works with clients to implement and manage key HR processes such as the yearend performance management process (performance assessment calibration and compensation planning)
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition (TA) to ensure TA strategy is in place to deliver on key capability builds. Specific focus on diverse talents critical and boardapproved hires
  • Works in partnership with Employee Relations (ER) in the management of ER situations and performance improvement processes across functions

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of strategic workforce plans
  • indepth understanding of talent management succession planning and career growth and development
  • Strong experience with employee relations data and analytics and talent acquisition
  • Prior experience in a HR generalist or business partner role

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Typically requires 6 years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience

HybridEligible Or OnSite Eligible

Flex Eligibility Status:

In this HybridEligible role you can choose to be designated as:
1. Hybrid: work remotely up to two days per week; or select
2. OnSite: work five days per week onsite with ad hoc flexibility.
