Overview

Required Qualifications
- Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.
- Experience with HRIS and performance management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Prior experience in talent management and development.
- Proficient in using HR metrics and analytics.
- Certifications such as SHRMSCP or SPHR preferred.
