A leading FMCG company is looking for a Billing Executive to join our team. In this role you will manage invoicing ensure accurate billing and support smooth daytoday operations. You ll work closely with the sales and accounts teams to process orders handle customer queries and maintain proper records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and process invoices for customer orders.
- Verify pricing taxes and discounts before billing.
- Maintain accurate records of bills payments and credit notes.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order tracking.
- Respond to billingrelated queries from customers and internal teams.
- Ensure timely submission of bills to clients and follow up on payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly billing and sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in commerce Accounting or related field. (female)

- Proficiency in MS Excel Tally or other billing software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
