Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive from a hospital or healthcare background to manage day-to-day HR operations recruitment employee engagement compliance and support hospital staff needs. The ideal candidate should understand the unique HR challenges in a clinical and patient-care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles using job portals referrals and consultants
Coordinate walk-ins campus drives and staff deployment
Conduct interviews salary negotiation offer rollout and pre-employment checks
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new joiners
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee database and personnel files (physical and digital)
Manage attendance leave and shift schedules using HRMS or manual systems
Assist with payroll coordination and ensure timely inputs
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure adherence to hospital labor laws and HR policies (PF ESIC PT Gratuity etc.)
Handle internal audits and documentation for healthcare regulatory bodies
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Resolve staff grievances and escalate serious issues
Conduct employee engagement programs staff satisfaction surveys and welfare initiatives
Support hospital administration in workforce planning and discipline management
Performance Management
Assist in appraisal processes and maintaining KPI records
Ensure timely confirmation increment and promotion records
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR Business Administration or related field
3–5 years of HR experience in a hospital/healthcare environment
Strong understanding of HR functions in a 24x7 clinical setup
Knowledge of labor laws and healthcare compliance standards
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
Excellent communication interpersonal and people-management skills
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced hospital environment
