Our client is a leading semiconductor manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Build and maintain firmware for embedded Linuxbased platforms used in crypto mining such as CGMiner or related frameworks.
Develop lowlevel software for microcontrollers managing power regulation systems.
Partner with hardware teams to ensure tight firmwarehardware integration.
Execute comprehensive QA and load testing before firmware rollout at production scale.
Diagnose system faults and conduct root cause analysis during production and after market launch.
Perform simulations to optimize thermal performance and enhance cooling mechanisms.
Guarantee longterm firmware reliability and high throughput under largescale operations.
Support automation for software testing and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Handson experience with ASICbased mining software development or optimization.
Track record of working with embedded systems or crypto mining machines in mass production environments.
Proficient with embedded Linux environments and tools like CGMiner BFGMiner or similar.
Knowledgeable in managing thermal loads and using thermal simulation software.
Skilled in firmware programming for microcontrollers like STM32 ESP32 or similar.
Experience in automated test environments for embedded platforms is advantageous.
Possesses strong troubleshooting capabilities and thrives in highpaced evolving contexts.
Nice to have:
Experience in hardwaresoftware codesign.
Familiar with productionline debugging and testing tools.
Understanding of highavailability and reliability engineering.
