Job Overview:

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer with 3 years of experience in Front Development to refine and enhance the user interface of our Climatech product. You will be responsible for transforming design concepts into efficient scalable and engaging web applications. Your expertise will drive the technical quality and aesthetic of our product ensuring a superior user experience.

What Youll Be Doing:

Efficient Code Implementation: Develop functional and appealing web applications based on usability employing the latest frontend technologies.

Quality and Standards: Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain high quality graphic standards and brand consistency throughout the design.

Performance Enhancement: Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside backend engineers and product managers to ensure cohesive and reliable application functionality.

Feedback Integration: Implement changes based on feedback from stakeholders and user analytics to continuously improve the user experience.

Issue Resolution: Identify and address issues related to cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness ensuring a high-quality end product.

What You Need To Succeed:

Strong Technical Foundation: 3 years of experience in FrontEnd Development and proven solid understanding of HTML CSS JavaScript and experience with Angular or similar frameworks like React or . Familiarity with Angular is a plus.

Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail when it comes to implementing design into functional interfaces.

Self-Motivated: Ability to take initiative and work independently to meet project deadlines.

Problem Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies as needed.

User Focus: A strong focus on user needs and a commitment to delivering the best user experience possible.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment and capable of adjusting to new challenges and requirements.

Your First 3 Months:

Month 1: Onboarding

• Get familiar with our tech stack and project methodologies.
• Integrate into our ongoing projects by contributing to smaller enhancements.

Month 2: Development

• Take on more complex tasks and begin to impact our product directly through significant code contributions.
• Start to optimize existing features based on preliminary feedback.

Month 3: Contribution

• Focus on refining and advancing key features.
• Collaborate on planning future iterations based on the feedback loop from our users and analytics.
